Fitness, Medical Fitness and Wellbeing Trainer
Competing in judo and wrestling at an international level for decades has taught me the discipline and dedication required to work hard every single day to achieve goals. Along the way, I also learned firsthand the challenges of living with chronic pain caused by injuries—and how to recover fully through well-designed, thoughtful, and effective training programs. Recently, I’ve faced additional challenges with newly diagnosed conditions like Hypermobility Syndrome, Lipedema, and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, which have deepened my understanding of tailored fitness approaches.
As a mother, I’ve also experienced the importance of preparing your body for the incredible journey of pregnancy and maintaining fitness during and after this special time.

How the Online Personal Training and the Online Coaching works?
Easy and Convenient Online Personal Training
All you need is:
• Internet access
• A device with a camera and microphone (smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop)
• The comfort of your home, hotel room, garden, a local park, or wherever you are!
No special equipment required! If you have equipment, that’s a bonus.
I’ll be there to guide you every step of the way, helping you reach your fitness goals and live a healthier life.
Online 1-to-1 Personal Training
• Duration: 45-minute sessions
• Frequency: 1 to 5 times per week (your choice)
• What you’ll get: Continuous guidance, advice, instruction, and corrections tailored to you.

Since I started training with her at the beginning of March my experience has never been less than 110% positive.
As you may recall, I specifically wanted to train with her because I am pregnant (now 7.5 months and intend to train til the day I leave for my maternity) and I knew that she had been trained in how to work out with pregnant women in a safe yet effective manner both in the gym and on the pilates machine where I am also trained as a pilates reformer teacher with Balanced Body (but not in pregnancy).
I started off training with her twice a week and now I try to train with her up to 4 times a week when both she and I are free. I don’t know how I would have managed without her. She has kept me strong, supple and energized and fit (relatively!) which is no small feat when you are bearing over 10kg more than you are used to.
She comes to every single session with a different routine for me so I am not bored (which when you think about shows a great deal of devotion and creativity if you are seeing someone up to 4 times a week). She knows my limits and knows when to rein me in and what is safe or not safe for me to do – I specifically wanted a trainer because I was afraid I would injure myself by pushing myself too far but she is very good at setting those limits for me. I’m really impressed by her and the training program she has for me. Furthermore, her bubbly personality and cheerful demeanour make each session a pleasure.
I am confident in her pilates knowledge and her physiological knowledge of my body and the changes it is going through – something that I have not always observed in the reformer room with some of the other instructors. Having gone through quite a lengthy and rigorous teacher training myself, I am very focused on how to use the equipment in a safe manner regardless of pregnancy since it is unfortunately all too easy to injure someone’s back if a wrong position in not correctly adjusted or the wrong springs are used on the reformer.
I feel very lucky to have discovered this resource in the gym at work and wanted to let you know what a great pleasure it is to train with her before I left for my maternity leave. I definitely feel like I am getting my money’s worth out of my PT sessions and hope that I will be training with her when I return where I fully expect her to get me back into tip top shape!
